DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to high levels of pre booked 'Non attendees' as a business this Policy has had to be introduced

15% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS 

An appointment can be cancelled due to the client only being COVID positive and the non refundable deposit can be used for a rebooking - this can ONLY be accepted once 

No less than No less than 24 hours notice from an appointment will be accepted  - if not the deposit will be be taken as payment for late cancellation
