Service Description
It is strongly advisable that although this service is provide by an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, that if you experience any of the above symptoms you go and seek the advise from your GP You cannot overdose of Vit B12 as the body will naturally eliminate what is not required
Cancellation Policy
A 15% deposit is required on booking all appointments 'No Shows' - Do not attends to appointments or informing the day of appointment of cancellation will NOT be refunded their deposit - this cannot be used for a re booked appointment This 'non refundable deposit' on the above reasons covers an empty appointment by which another client could be booked Exemption to this is a COVID positive test - the deposit can then be used to re book on - a non refundable deposit can only be used once
