Service Description

- Full clinical assessment - Male Chaperone present to support the Practitioner and the client - Blood sample will be taken and put in centrifuge for 10 mins to separate the platelets - the platelets are then injected into the penis with a small needle - the pain is minimal - This process takes about 20 minutes and the appointment as a whole 1 hour - No downtime - Takes 2-3 weeks for new cell growth to start

Cancellation Policy

A 15% deposit is required on booking all appointments 'No Shows' - Do not attends to appointments or informing the day of appointment of cancellation will NOT be refunded their deposit - this cannot be used for a re booked appointment This 'non refundable deposit' on the above reasons covers an empty appointment by which another client could be booked Exemption to this is a COVID positive test - the deposit can then be used to re book on - a non refundable deposit can only be used once
